There are several ways to contact MHA, depending on your needs. Review each of the options listed below, and select the one that best fits your situation. No matter which option you choose, please remember that MHA is an all-volunteer organization, run by busy homeschooling families. We don’t have paid staff to answer phones or respond to other inquiries, so your patience is appreciated!
By Mail: Slow but sure. It usually takes us longer to respond to mailed inquiries simply because of the time lag in delivery (both ways) and the additional time it takes to type and print correspondence. Our mailing address is:
MHA
P.O. Box 40486
St. Paul, MN 55104
By Telephone: Telephone calls generally receive a quicker response than U.S. Mail, but not as quick as e-mail. Our Phoneline volunteers often need to relay calls to a Coordinator (for instance, phone calls about advertising would be relayed to the Advertising Coordinator, etc.), which can result in delays. Our phone number is:
(612) 288-9662
By E-Mail: E-mail generally will get the quickest response from us. We don’t have a “central office” where we sort our messages. Each e-mail is automatically routed to the home of the person who handles that type of request. Please find the section below that most closely fits your inquiry, and send your question to the e-mail address specified in that section. This helps ensure you’ll get a timely response!
Advertising With MHA
See the Advertise With MHA page for our advertising rates, submission requirements, and publication dates. For all other advertising inquiries, direct your questions to the Advertising Coordinator at grapevine@homeschoolers.org.
Annual Conference
If you have questions about our annual conference, please see our Annual Conference page. All of our Conference documentation for attendees and exhibitors is made available on that page as the Conference draws near. Those materials typically include:
- Conference Brochure and Schedule
- Registration Form
- Letter to Interested Exhibitors
- Exhibitor Registration Form
- Minnesota Revenue Form ST19 - Operator Certificate of Compliance
For conference-related questions not addressed above, please send an e-mail request to the Annual Conference Coordinator at mha@homeschoolers.org.
Events E-List

To post an event or opportunity for distribution to E-List subscribers, e-mail the details of your event (date, time, place, nature of event, any admission costs or requirements, age restrictions, etc.) to events@homeschoolers.org. Please try not to send events that are more than two months away, as we like to keep these events “current.” Thank you!
